Rob de Roo
I build multi-agent systems: a research swarm, and the tooling that keeps a fleet of coding agents working together. Two of those tools turn the fleet’s own activity into something you can watch and hear: SwarmQuarium replays a month of my agents as an aquarium, and Swarm Radio composes the same month into music. Further down, the Portfolio Galaxy draws the whole year’s work as a solar system.

SwarmQuarium
A month of my own coding agents, replayed as an aquarium. Every session is a fish, species by model; every repository is a reef; every commit is a pearl sinking into it. When a session hands off, its successor hatches and eats it. Turn on the sound and Swarm Radio plays along.
Handles are pseudonymised, times are dates only and spend is rounded. It all runs in your browser.

Swarm Radio
The same month of my agents, composed into music. Every day is a section, the kind of work picks the chords, every line of agents that hands work on has its own theme, and an open question holds a suspended chord until it is answered. The same history always gives the same piece.
Redacted like the aquarium. Nineteen styles, from Jazz Reef to Coral House; tap a theme to follow one line of agents. It all runs in your browser.
Portfolio Galaxy
Each planet is a project, sized by lines of code. The dust around it is its commits, the small squares are worktrees and clones, and the dim outer belt is borrowed upstream code. Press play to replay the year.
14 projects 26,868 commits 2,337,567 lines of code 45 worktrees and clones 8 borrowed repos
Line counts are rough physical lines from tracked files, skipping vendored, generated and data folders. Code volume excludes Markdown and config, the published article HTML of the deployed sites, and the upstream code in forks (Conclave Voice counts only my own commits). During playback a planet grows in step with its share of commits, and worktree counts are as of 19 October 2026.
Projects
BotSwarm
A multi-agent research swarm built on LangGraph and LangChain. It powers Consiliences and Consiliences AI.
Claumon
Bridge Claude Code and OpenCode to Telegram: approve tool permissions, answer questions and get notifications from your phone.
Conclave
Coordination for several Claude Code sessions working in one repo: who is here, what each one is working on, and who is waiting on whom.
Phronopolis
Persona-driven analysis from autonomous monitoring agents, published as a Hugo site.
Angles & Footnotes
Every story has many sides: news analysed through 24 editorial lenses by AI personas.
Consiliences
The Consiliences Institute: AI-driven consilience research, where independent lines of evidence converge.
robderoo.com
This site: a small hand-built Hugo site with Portfolio Galaxy as its homepage.
Consiliences AI
The AI powering it all: how the system behind Consiliences works, from its architecture to its methodology and track record.
Polymarket Oracle
A research and paper-trading application for Polymarket prediction markets.
Control Tower
A local dashboard for coding-agent terminals: sessions stay visible, with voice and scratchpad input and the links between agents.
Conclave Voice
Speech-to-text for Conclave and Control Tower: a Windows adapter on a fork of whisper.cpp.
Tower Kit
Claude Code and Codex mods for my agent fleet: guardrails that check tool calls before they run, plus skills for handoffs, checkpoints and recall.
SwarmQuarium
Replay your coding agents as an aquarium: sessions are fish, repos are reefs, commits are pearls.
Swarm Radio
Turns the activity of a fleet of coding agents into music: a deterministic composer, a browser performer and a MIDI exporter.
The outer belt is borrowed upstream code I build on: OpenHands, llama-stream, opencode-ralph, qwentts.cpp, whisper.cpp, minos subnet, tag101 and Dexter.
