About

I’m Rob de Roo. I build multi-agent systems: BotSwarm, the research swarm behind Consiliences, and the tools that let a fleet of coding agents work in the same repositories without stepping on each other: Conclave, Control Tower and Tower Kit.

It’s a solo project in the sense that one person decides what gets built. The typing is shared with the agents, so a fair part of the work is the machinery that keeps them honest: verified handoffs, guardrails that refuse a dangerous command before it runs, and checks that a reported bug is real before anyone sets out to fix it.

This site is where I write about what that teaches me: architecture-side notes on agent swarms, signal corpora and what production does to your assumptions. The galaxy on the homepage shows the year’s work, and every planet has a page under Projects.
