Run three coding sessions in one repository and they will edit the same file and overwrite each other’s work, because none of them knows the others exist. Conclave gives them a shared board. It is advisory by design: it never blocks a commit, a push or a session, and it costs no model tokens while nothing is happening. It’s a small standard-library Python package with a CLI.
