Swarm Radio is a composer, not a sound-effects board. The same history always gives the same piece, byte for byte; a different history gives a different piece, because the data writes the key, mode, tempo, form and themes. Consonance is a hard rule, checked by tests. It reads git history and agent transcripts, and plays in the browser, exports MIDI or renders WAV.
